It looks unusually well maintained for a scooter!
Perhaps the owner, afraid of headlight thieves, uses a detachable model that he only clips on when travelling at night?
The mystery unfolds...
Yah you got a point there. It's always parked back in the alley. And best part, there's a parking lot for the bike. Thought usually it'll be outside.
