Was walking along Geylang Road to the old Badminton Hall, when I suddenly spotted Bat Cycle. It's time to hit the gas. Before Batsy finds me. X''P

Thanks to Mr. Zhang for making me walk the Geylang Tour and missing my CJ meal.

Ended up going all the way to Tampines and eating Macs. ;( Crap Food!

Fantastic Work by the Denver Post

A documentary of a soldier life in 27 months of grilling and refining. A definite must read and see.

I like the way how the pictures were taken. Compare them with Singapore's Press and you'll easily know where Singapore's Press stands.

    Sleepless in Bedok

0 leave a comment (no login required)

This is Madness man! I seriously have no idea. But I'm just not able to sleep well since last Wednesday. This is so not normal. What gives? Am supposed to be preparing for a shoot at 7am. Slept like for 3 hours and mysteriously got up at 3am. Crap!

And since I couldn't get to sleep, I opened the package which Jerry Ghionis sent me. Woots! Picpockets. Ran thru them and showed my sister the samples. And I must say it's one hell of an investment. Inspiring and motivating. A total whole new meaning to what Yervant my Photo Master was explaining the other time. Will prob try some new styles later at the wedding.

Soon it was about 1 hour before the alarm rang. The mind is Wandering and Wondering. Wandering on the various bike brands for me to feast on and Wondering on who's next. Oh what the heck! I'm gonna try and cool off and compose and think again in the next few days.

    Ciao!

Not that it was that long, We just hit Ubin last Sunday anyway. HAhah! Surprisingly the chinese boy Weixuan came along XP. Venue was none other than Timbre@The Art House. Went there cos Shirlyn and gang was there. Wonderful band as always. @ 2 wonderful buddies of Loren came along. No idea what kinda stunt she was trying to pull. Anyway, it was a simple and quiet affair. I'm not complaining. Hah!

    Death of a Bike!

0 leave a comment (no login required)

Damn bike broke. Crappy French products. All it took was a small jump and there you have it. PIAK!!! Sound..... followed by loose gear shifting. Thought it was a loose cable or some sort. Nearly went to get my supplies...... until one night when I sat down to sort it out. Something just didn't feel right. And there came the loud exclamation. Wah Lau Eh!

    UP UP UP and Away!

    One word: Fantastic!!!

    Two Words: Lagi Fantastic!!! X"P

As always, Ah Xin came along. CJ again. What's new =P

Movie began with an intro I knew will end in tears. And true enough. Without any ...... just plain instrumental music, it reflected on a little boy's innocent and wonderful childhood, getting to know a soul mate and eventually getting married. Life went on till their golden age. And as all will say, "all good things must come to an end."

Classic humour. And it's definitely a must watch for all. ;)

    Easily an 8.5/10

Hahaha! Just got back to the land of the lions. Half lions, half fish! Aka AQ land. Yah Happy for some!!! AQ-Phobia for the rest!

Had dinner and slept thru-out in the plane. Was totally shacked out with some clown with heavy fingers tapping on the touch screen of the entertainment system. Same concept of our locals when they are buying fruits from the fruits stall. With heavy fingers, they'll press press press. Hoping to see if it's fresh. (then leaving a mark on the fruits) Weird people!

Overall the flight was good. Spacious and good leg room. Thanks Angelina.

Touched down at 4pm and had BK and Capp at Coffee Bean.

It's about 8pm. Like most, they will touch and go. It has been a while since I last came to the Airport for a walk. So yeah! I'll be here for awhile then it's time to ciao.

Love is Patient, Love is Kind

Just shot a wedding at St Vincent de Paul's Church on the 20 June 2009 (Sat) and the reading was something which I always found so meaningful. If only we took some time to listen, understand and learn from it. I'm sure all relationships will flourish.

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

This crazy weather is definitely here to stay, it was just so damn hot, with waves radiating my brains, while having my lunch, I decided to check out on some info abt this El Nino Effect and stumble upon this article. It shows the ozone layer having gone from bad to worst within the last 30 yrs. Severe depletion of the Antarctic ozone layer was first observed in the early 1980s. Totally Madness.

    A Beautiful Thought

0 leave a comment (no login required)

Heard some wonderful pointers from Father last Sunday.

Once an old man was walking down a street when he heard a cry, "Help me! Help Me!" He turn to the side and found a frog. And the frog said to him, "If you kiss me, I will turn into a Beautiful Princess and will love you with all my heart and follow you wherever you go." But the old man continued walking. The frog then became curious and asked the old man,"why won't you kiss me so that I may be with you whole heartedly."

The old man answer,"I'll be better off with a talking frog instead of a beautiful Princess"

    Food for thought:
    1. It is afterall a form of union that we all long for and we cannot live life alone.

** When we give alms to the poor, the poor do pray for us instead of envy us. This is indeed a beautful cycle.

Snake Eating Around Spottiswoode & Blair Road

It's a funny feeling but just decided to take a short walk around my work area just before lunch. The weather was ridiculously sizzling hot. Even under the shelter, you can actually feel the heat eating into your skin.

Drunkard Towed Out of Terminal 3 !!!

0 leave a comment (no login required)

Not a very good sight! Was shooting a pre wedding at Terminal 3 and witness something out of the ordinary. I always thought he was a nice chap. You know his life is always full of colours and all. But I guess he probably has had a very bad day. Poor M&Ms.

    I wish him well soon...
